He was predeceased by: his father John Scott; and his siblings, Ruth Scott and Robert Scott. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Scott (Garrett); his children, Belinda Gray, Beverly Scott, John Scott (Judy) and Sandy Hewitt (Frank, Sr.); and his grandchildren, Sheree Kulp (Steve), Shane Gray, Sirena Gray, Jason Gray (Ariana), Justin Havrilla (Autumn), Donald Pangburn, Derek Pangburn, JoAnn O'Keefe (Dan), Frankie Hewitt, Jr., Renata Cushman (Herb), Eddie Embly (Jennifer) and Ryan Hewitt. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
