He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Gene and Irma Lou Turner (Spor). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Farmer; his children, Timothy Turner, Jr. of Lathrop, Jeremy Turner (Abby Booth) of Lathrop and Jerrod Turner of Lathrop; his brothers, Kenneth Turner of Lathrop, Gary Turner (Mary) of Weatherby Lake and Joseph Turner (Eva Russell) of Lathrop; and his grandchildren, Desiree, Alexis, Deon, Destin, Jaedyn, Kyra and Mikayla. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
