He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Collins and Veril Collins (Mason); his wife Betty Sue; and his brothers, Keith and Gail.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Collins Clark (Chuck) of Blue Ridge, GA, Tony Collins (Joyce) of Lathrop and Tammy Collins of Bells, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley Collins of Kansas City, Jeremy Collins (Emily) of Rockland, CA, Chris Smith (Jennifer) of Mustang, OK and Kellie Halbert (Jarod) of Piedmont, OK; and his great grandchildren, Ivory, Leo, Josie and Tucker.
