He is survived by: his father Paul Esposito (Jeannie) of Jefferson City, Missouri; his brother Anthony Esposito (Sidni) of Chillicothe, Missouri.; his grandfather Dale Cranmer (Alletta) of Lake Ozark; his great-grandparents, Donald and Norma Kissick of Chillicothe; and his close friends, Dr. Phillip Black and Delmond Lowe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
