He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Murdock and Opal Murdock; his brother Harold Eugene Murdock; his former wife LaDonna Yvonne Murdock (Lisle); and his sons, Lesley Dennis Murdock and Lawrence Douglas Murdock.
He is survived by: his wife Rochelle Murdock; and his children, Lisa, Donnie Spurgeon of Lawson, MO, Lila, Lanny Wake of Cameron, MO, Courtney, Rusty Gillespie of Lawson, MO, Heidi and Bryan Bell of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Lathrop Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
