Linda L. (Patton) Skinner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda L. (Patton) Skinner of Lathrop, Missouri, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Lola Patton (Buck); her siblings, Wayne Patton, Annie Casper, Tim Patton, Mike Patton, Robert Patton and Jolene Hartisch; her siblings-in-law, Chuck Hartisch, Kirk Reynolds and Jennie Miller (Steve); her husband Orville D. "Bud" Skinner Sr. of Lathrop, MO; her children, Orville Dean Skinner Jr. of St. Joseph, MO, Terry A. Skinner (Laura) of Blaine, TN and Julie A. Skinner of Lathrop, MO; her grandchildren, Brittney, Katie, Bailey and Madison; her siblings, Sharon Young (Paul) of Layton, UT, Susie Faiola (Mike) of West Haven, UT, Bill Patton of Peru, IN, Ronnie Patton (Ruby) of Peru, IN and Ruthie Patton (Carmel Riggle) of Peru, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Moore (Bill) of Warsaw, MO and Joe Casper (Pam) of Heber City, UT. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
