Adam; her children, Beverly Ann Hartland (Kent) and David Adam (Dru-Ann) of Smithville, MO; her daughter-in-law Tammy Adam of Lathrop, MO; her sister Evelyn Ewalt of Plattsburg, MO.; and her grandchildren, Lisa Wolf, Jamie Wolf, James Wolf, Ashley Wolf, Ashley Kohl, Justin Adam, Bailey Pope, Britney Adam, Brooklyn Thompson and Brayde Adam.
