She was predeceased by : her parents, Avon Knight and Edith Barnes Knight; her son Eric Scott Knight Adam; and her siblings, Ralph M. Knight and Norma J. Knight.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald L. Adam; her children, Beverly Ann Hartland (Kent) and David Adam (Dru-Ann) of Smithville, MO; her daughter-in-law Tammy Adam of Lathrop, MO; her sister Evelyn Ewalt of Plattsburg, MO.; and her grandchildren, Lisa Wolf, Jamie Wolf, James Wolf, Ashley Wolf, Ashley Kohl, Justin Adam, Bailey Pope, Britney Adam, Brooklyn Thompson and Brayde Adam.
