He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Carlson of Smithville, Jan Mayes (Rock) of Smithville and Susie Welker (Virgil) of Canton; his brother Howard Brazelton of Gladstone, MO; his niece Debbie (Art); his grandchildren, Taylor (Allie), Sydney (Peter), Courtney, Allie (Aaron), Logan (Brooke), Leigh, Andy (Amy), Josh (Brittany) and Jerod (Aleshia); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Rocko, Jordyn, Nolan, Weston, Christopher and Franklin. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
