He is survived by: his wife Sarah McGinnis; his children, James Martin (Jaime) of Lathrop, MO, Laura Walters (Dylan) of Lathrop, MO and Scott McGinnis of Kansas City, MO; his daughter-in-law Lori McGinnis of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew Martin (Madi Dempster) of Ankeny, IA, Alyssa Martin (Zach Lucas) of Lawrence, KS, Alec Martin of Lathrop, MO, Audrey Martin of Lathrop, MO, Destiny Darr (Hunter), Dorian Walters of Lathrop, MO, Donovan Walters of Lathrop, MO, Daxton Walters of Lathrop, MO, Duncan Jones (Courtney) of Holt, MO and Preston Jones of Kansas City, MO; his great grandchildren, Blakely and Wrynley; his sister Sharon Lanning (Richard) of Lathrop, MO; his niece Denise Westrem of Liberty, MO; his nephew Dennis Meyer (Kelly) of Kansas City, MO; and his friend Robert "Bob" Brown of Liberty, MO.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
