She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerold Stonecipher and Micaela Bernal; her husband Kenneth Faulkner; her son Butch Wallen; her daughter-in-law Annette Bernal; her grandson Kevin Koenig; and her siblings, Ines Stonecipher, Jimmie Helton, Michael Helton and Floyd Helton.

She is survived by: her children, Gerold Bernal of Louisiana, MO, Renee Bernal (Bryan Stokes) of Kansas City, KS, John Paul Bernal of Kansas City, MO and Joyce Bernal of Lathrop, MO; and her brothers, John Bernal (Teresa) of Bethany, MO and Raymond Bernal (Bonnie) of Kansas City, KS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Stith Funeral Home to help with expenses.
