She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Willard and Cora Willard (Clark); her daughter Pamela Thomas; her granddaughter Katie Scott; her great great grandchild Annalynn Arbogast; her siblings, Geneva Grimes, Floyd, Leroy, Homer and George Willard; and her stepson Dale Capps.
She is survived by: her husband Donald F. Capps; her children, Patricia Schwager (Ronald) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Paula Scott (Davey) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Steve Rader of Chillicothe, Missouri; and her stepchildren, Lou White (Joe) of Alburn, Donna Atkins (Dick) of Casa Grande, Candy Mason (Michael) of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Donald F. Capps, II of Gainesville, Florida. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
