He is survived by: his mother Helen "JoAnn" Mantlo (Bishop) of Trenton, Missouri; his son Anthony Mantlo of Trenton, Missouri; his granddaughters, Taylor Mantlo of Chillicothe and Maci Mantlo of Milan, Missouri; and his brother Keith Mantlo (Melody) of Laredo, Missouri. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
