He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Chandler; his sons, Philip Bower (Amanda), Michael Bower (Stephanie) and Kyle Bower (Bailey); his grandchildren, Austin, Emma, Ellie, Kaleb, Adalynn, Kenzie and Connor; and his brother David Bower (Shirlee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
