She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Ruby Thomas (Phillips); her daughter Mary Lynn Smith; her brother Ray Thomas; her grandson Scott Meeker; her great grandchild Parsons; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Anderson, Dale Gardner, Joe Constant and Jim Horton.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son Kenneth Ray Meeker (Karen) of Laredo, Missouri; her grandchildren, Nevin Smith of Trenton, Jennifer Courtney, Jason Meeker (Kimberly) of Laredo and Eric Meeker; her siblings, Velma Anderson of Chillicothe, Peggy Gardner of Meadville, Jean Constant of Chillicothe, Barbara Duemey (Dal) of Chillicothe, Carol Ann Horton of Chillicothe, Missouri and Ed Thomas (Barb) of Chillicothe, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Judy Thomas of Chula, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
