He is survived by: his parent-in-law Karrie Klingner; his wife Karrie Webb (Klingner) of Unionville, Missouri; his son Colton Webb of Centerville, Iowa; his brothers, Donald Webb (Tracy) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Shawn Webb (Amy) of Unionville, Missouri; his parents-in-law, Tom and Gloria Klingner of Unionville, Missouri; his uncles, Bob Webb (Wilma) of Unionville, Missouri and Albert Cook of Oswatomie, Kansas; his aunt Phyllis Lunsford (Gene) of Green City, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Karla Klingner Diaz of Columbia, Missouri, Michael Klingner (Ericka) of Williamsburg, Iowa and Matthew Klingner (Michele) of Unionville, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
