He was predeceased by: his father John Clayton Ritzheimer. He is survived by: his mother Diane Ritzheimer (Gustafson); his spouse Jean Anne Sandvik; his children, Josh Ritzheimer of Lancaster, Zach Ritzheimer (Mariah) of Richland, Molly Wilson-Ritzheimer (Stuart) of Springfield, Zebulian Ritzheimer (Joanna) of Buffalo, Nellie Ritzheimer of Buffalo and Matilda Ritzheimer of Springfield, Missouri; and his sister Susan Jones. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Lancaster United Methodist Church or Faith United Methodist Church in Kirksville, Missouri.
