He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Tillman and Martha Rebecca Allman (Pairs). He is survived by: his former wife Sally Ballinger; his wife Vicky Sue Allman of Memphis, Missouri; his children, Kendall Allman of Kearns, Rondall Allman of Murray, Doug Hanks of Waverly, Amy Shotten and Travis Allman of Kirksville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brandon Shotten of St. Joseph and Tad Shotten of Sturgeon, Missouri; his sister Mary Evelyn of Tennessee; and his niece Emily Newman of Michigan. He is also survived by other family members and many good friends.
