He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Alfred Sr. and Alta Mae Hall (Sanford); and his siblings, Betty Sutton (Gene), Marietta Garrett (Charlie) and Bill Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Amber Dierling; his daughters, Kellie Sayre (Kevin) of Downing, Kimberlie Starbuck (Adrian) of Queen City, Kristie Gottman (Steve) of Queen City and Kebbie Sullivan (John) of Lancaster, Missouri; his grandchildren, Cassie Sayre, Derek Sayre (Robyn Horsley), Ashton Clark (Roy), Matthew Starbuck (Cassidy), Jordan Gottman (Kylee), Jessica Shively (Jaron), Tydren Sullivan (Jessica) and Tayden Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Draven, Ryker Dixon, Addilyn, Quinley Clark, Mason, Porter Starbuck, Eleanor, Ruadhan, Siobhan Gottman, Rosalina, Gabriella Martinez, Kruze Miller, Carter Shively, Lyrika Kerby and Daxton Sullivan; his brother Bob Hall of Peoria, Illinois; and his uncle Ellis Sanford of Kirksville, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other family members and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Hospice of Northeast Missouri.
