He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Leslie and Lou Eva Laughlin (Leap); and his siblings, Glenn Laughlin, Bill Laughlin, Betty Boschert, Bonnie Marriott, Mildred Cain and Lurene Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Laughlin of Lancaster; his daughters, Connie Walsh (Marvin) of Lancaster and Christine Laughlin of Lancaster, Missouri; his granddaughters, Heather Hoffmeyer of Lancaster and Holly Fischer of Lancaster; his children, Haylee Gordon, Peyton Fischer, Easton Fischer and Herschel Hoffmeyer (Stephanie) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Carter and Grace Hoffmeyer; and his siblings, Wayne Laughlin (Chris) of Jonesburg, Missouri and Karen Williams (Roger) of Eldon, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Bible Baptist Church in Kahoka, Missouri.
