He was predeceased by: his grandfather Clarence Dale Shively; and his stepgrandmother Zenona Angel. He is survived by: his father Ricky Dale Shively of Glenwood, Missouri; his wife Denise Shively of Lancaster, Missouri; his children, Desire Farmer of Downing, Darius Schultz (Chaz) of Lancaster and Demitria Farmer of Queen City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Annastasia Farmer, Amelia Robeson of Downing, Lattie of Lancaster, Missouri and Kalvin Schultz of Lancaster, Missouri; his mother Elena Tuttle (Leon) of Kirksville, Missouri; his siblings, Justin Shively (Amanda) of Glenwood, Joshua Shively (Jessica) of Saxton, Pennsylvania and Amy Gott of Columbia, Missouri; and his grandparents, Beverly Shively of Downing, Enieda Pleasant (David) of San Antonio and Arnulfo Angel of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles, cousins, other family members and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the grandchildren's educational fund.
