He is survived by: his mother Portia Diane Donato (Hamon) of Marshalltown, Iowa; his wife Erin Renee Avery; his children, Gabriel, Lira, Ivey and Eden of Lancaster, Missouri; his father Frank Donato; his siblings, Jason Donato (Catlin) of Joplin, Missouri, Jessica Lang (Joseph) of Joplin and Jenessa Parquette (Ryan) of Ocala, Florida; and his nephews, Adler, Innis and Leeton Donato. He is also survived by other family members and many good friends.
