He is survived by: his son Rusty Willey of Lucerne, MO; his siblings, Ricky Jones of Hannibal, MO, Kathy Williams (Eddy) of Kirksville, Cindy Hartgrove (Randy) of Jacksonville, MO and Reta Sayre (Junior) of Novinger, MO; his friends, Phil Garmoe and Tammy Morrell of Lancaster, MO; and his niece Becki Restrepo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
