He is survived by: his wife Shirley Salladay of Lancaster, Missouri; his children, David Paul Ruggles, Jr. (Cindy) of Livonia, Missouri and Reba Weaver (Jack) of Mexico; and his sister Audrey McClaskey of Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other family members and many good friends.
