He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Anthony and Berniece Marion Steggall (Kunkle); his former wife Barbara Jene Steggall; his sons, James Robert Steggall, Mike Steggall and Mark Steggall; and his siblings, Darlene LeVan, Leverle Atteberry, Mardell Kirby, Betty Beeler and William Dale Steggall.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jene Beeler; his son Michael Lee; his grandchildren, Tanya Newberry (Dennis) of Lake Ozark, Raven Weaver (Josh) of Glenwood, Michael Steggall (Sandra) of Plattsburg and Amy Waller (John) of St. Joseph, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Britian, Alyssa Newberry, Brody, Dally Weaver, Gannon, Brock, Shay Steggall, Taylor, Lola and Sophia Waller; his close friend Marilyn Steggall; his daughters-in-law, Joy Steggall of St. Joseph and Jamasa Miskimins (Rodney) of Centerville, Iowa; and his niece Teresa Shaw (Randy) of Lancaster, Missouri. He is also survived by other family members and many good friends.
