It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Eva Cooper of Lanagan, Missouri, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Sherman and Ida May Sherman (Close); her husband Robert Paul Bemiss; her son Roy Bemiss; her grandson Robert Paul Bemiss; her great great grandchild Asher Paul Taylor; and her son-in-law Dan Stone.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Bemiss (Kathy) of Joplin, Sandra Cash of Taft, Gloria Stone of Anderson and Judy Gann (Kevin) of Anderson; her daughter-in-law Faith Bemiss of Sedalia, Missouri; and her sister Lena Belle Evans of Bentonville, Arkansas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
