He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stout and Myrl Jean Stout (Stephens); his wife Rosa Lee Stout; his grandparents, Charlie E. Stout, Evangeline Stout, Homer Stephens and Dora Stephens (Mahurin); his brother Homer Edward Stout; his daughter Ingrid Marie Joseph; his granddaughter Susan Ingrid Stout; and his nieces, Evangeline Myrl Martin and Melinda Sue Morris Stribling.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Leana J. Wilson of Independence, Missouri; and his siblings, Bob Stout (Kathy) of Sparta, Missouri, Carolyn Davidson of Anderson and Linda Martin of Colcord, Oklahoma. He is also survived by five nieces and five nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.
