She is survived by: her children, Darrel Cook Jr. (Donna) and Peggy Thompson (Terry); her stepdaughter Rachel Kalista (Robert); her grandchildren, Gerald Cook (Kasi), Jeffery Cook (Beth Summerlin) and Malena Thompson; her great grandchildren, Allie Cook, Kinsley Cook, Joe Cummings, Takoda Cummings and Jaxton Burton; and her friend Alice. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
