He is survived by: his children, Kevin Dotson of Lamar, MO, James of Lamar, MO, Carrie Seaton of Lamar, MO, Charles Seaton of Lamar, MO and Tamara Slaight of Lamar, MO; and his siblings, Verna Pennell (Robert) of Lamar, MO, Veronica Tucker (David) of Hixson, TN and Charles E Seaton Jr. of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
