She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Andrew and Nellie Belle Sprouls (Hininger); her husband Thomas Cook; and her siblings, Marion Sprouls, Vera Caruthers and Violet Ring.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Geile (Rob), Mike Simmons, Mark Simmons, Matt Cook (Dot) and Dusty Cook. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
