He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Leon Keithly and Mary Helen Keithly (Shutters); his wife Jean; his sister Marcella Choate; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Kuhn and Charles Choate.
He is survived by: his family, Carl Moore, Medlin-Frieden and Gilkey Chevrolet; his children, Michael Keithly (Vercie) of Lamar, MO and Teresa Butler (John) of Pella, Iowa; his grandchildren, Vashti Buzard (Braden), Bradly Keithly (Rebecah), Carrie Dixon (Doug), Aiden Keithly, Pherra Keithly, Garret Keithly, Kolton Keithly, Ethan Butler (Larissa) and Kaylee Butler (Blake Conant); his great grandchildren, True Keithly, Raelyn Keithly, Dez Dixon, Aurora Dixon, Ray Dixon, Eliza Dixon, Alec Dixon and Eva Joy Butler; and his siblings, Donald Keithly (LaMalva) of Lamar, MO, Betty Kuhn of Lamar, MO. and Debra Keithly of Kansas City, Kansas..
