She is survived by: her parent Shirley Lee Ricketts; her husband Michael Allen Moore; her sons, Derek Forst (Lindsay) of Sedalia and Jonathan Forst (Erin) of Lamar; her father Robert Allen Rice Sr. (Judy); her grandchildren, Avery Forst, Alyse Forst, Jaxon Forst, Tyson Forst and Evelyn Forst; her brothers, Allen Rice (Vickie) of Golden City, Steve Rice (Tammy) of Garden City and Rick Rice (Ruth) of Carthage; and her parents-in-law, Rose Ann Moore and Terry Moore (Saundra). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
