He is survived by: his father James Ray Bartholomew; his wife Gwen; his children, Hayden James Bartholomew of Kansas City, Mason Emory Bartholomew of Lamar, Brittany Nicole Ashbacher (Aaron) of Frontenac and Eliana Karen Bartholomew of Lamar; his mother Debra Bartholomew (Oliver) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his brother Chris Bartholomew (Gina) of Springdale, AR; his mother-in-law Karen Wegener of Lamar; and his grandchildren, Matthew, SkyLar Nicole Ashbacher and Xavier Patrick Ashbacher (Emerson Zoe "Pea Pot" Ashbacher).
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested and made payable to the "Bartholomew Education Fund" established for his children's education, in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
