He was predeceased by: his former wife Judith; and his parents, Delbert and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Cade; his brother Larry (Caroline); his stepchildren, Adam and Elizabeth Nelson; and his grandchildren, Sienna, Rebecca Nelson, Ashton Brown and Cody Smith.
