He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lannie Johnson Sr. and Letondria Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Angela Phillips and Gidget Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sara Taylor; his children, Leyah Haynes, Jessica Fuentez, Kaylyn Beyer of Bloomington, Camari Taylor of Phoenix, AZ, Travon Mintus of Bloomington and Izaiah Haynes of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, James R Haynes Jr. (Marvin Haynes), James R Phillips of South Bend, IN, Andrew Johnson of Bloomington, IL, Shawn Haynes (Miguet) of Clearwater, FL, Wanda Green of Minneapolis, MN, Norma Haynes of St. Louis, MO and Robin Davis (Corie) of Bloomington, IL; his stepbrothers, Monte Crenshaw of Bloomington and Charlie Crenshaw of Alanta, GA; his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bobby" Mintus and Lisa Myers; and his mother-in-law Diane Myers. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
