He is survived by: his wife Carol Westmoreland; his children, Mark Westmoreland of Liberal, Elizabeth Westmoreland of Arnold and Mary Battiste (Jack) of Bollingbrook; his grandchildren, Stephen Walker of Carl Junction, Emily Westmoreland of Festus and Maddie Westmoreland of Festus; his great grandchildren, Carson Walker of Carl Junction, Haydyn Walker of Carl Junction and Jacob Walker of Carl Junction; and his sister Peggy Neal of Corpus Christi, Texas..
