He is survived by: his siblings, John Campbell (Rich), Amy Janell Earl (Doug) and Jane Ann Moyer (Jeff) of Lamar; his nephews, Kevin Earl (Christy) of Lamar, Dustin Moyer (Mandy) of Lamar and Michael Moyer (Kara) of Lamar; his niece Karen Wilterding (Leslie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaiah Cleveland of Springfield, MO, Thomas Moyer, Luke Moyer of Lamar, MO., Erica Cleveland, Alexandria Cleveland of Springfield, MO, Jovi Moyer, Kade Miller and Jonah Wilterding; and his niece Olivia Wilterding.
