He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Dunham Sr. and Mabel Dunham (Jones) of Georgia; his sisters, Marilyn Odell Kenny and Marian Waldo; his nieces, Kelly Bateman and Tereasa Odell; and his nephew Loren Odell.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn VanSchaick; his sons, Bryan Dunham (Andrea) of Fort Walton Beach and Mark Dunham of Lamar, MO; his brothers, Tom Dunham of Lockwood, MO. and Jim Dunham (Sharryl) of St. Cloud, Florida; and his grandchildren, Bradley Dunham and Debra Jolley.
