He is survived by: his friend Mary Ann Boman; his children, Steve and Stephanie; his wife Mary Ann; his son-in-law Jarod; his grandsons, Colton and CJ; and his siblings, Mary Ann Wade, Clara Bell McDonald and Roger Leivan.
