He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wilson Bell and Ethel Lucile Bell (Ricketts); his daughter Melinda Richey; and his brothers, Carl Whayne Bell, Earl Blain Bell, Paul Ray Bell, James Keith Bell and Robert Eugene Bell.
He is survived by: his son Tye Bell of Boyd, Texas; his son-in-law John Richey of Greenfield, Texas; his grandsons, Mason Bell of Ft. Worth, Texas and Tanner Bell of Ft. Worth, Texas; and his sister Lois Ainsworth of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
