He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elvis Dalbey and Elsie Dalbey (Chapman); and his children, Wanda Irene Dalbey and Matthew Elvis Dalbey. He is survived by: his children, David Jonathan Dalbey, Robert Alsup, Patricia Dalbey and Barbara Sue Goodwin (Gregory); his grandchildren, Katryna Marie Blum and Jeffrey Lee Tyler Goodwin; and his brother Robert Dalbey.
