She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Holloway and Treva Mae Holloway (Marlow); her former husband Roy E. Patton; her husband Vernon Frank Rider (Roy E. Patton); her daughter Verna "Diane" Rider; her siblings, Elsie Smith and Manford Holloway; and her grandson James Tyree.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Strickland (Kenny) of Boise, ID, Steve Rider (Debbie) of McCune, KS, Victor Rider (Ellen) of Kansas City, KS and Jason Patton of Joplin, MO; and her sister Myrtle Martin of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
