It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith M. (Supernaw) Voorhees of Lamar, Missouri, born in Cook, Nebraska, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ray Supernaw and Edith Amna Supernaw (Lane); and her husband Richard Voorhees. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharie Kay Voorhees of Lamar, MO, Dawn Norwood (Dale) of Lamar, MO and Lesley Haubein (Bruce) of Lamar, MO; and her grandchildren, Brian Norwood (Jill), Kristin Pettibon (Brett), Jensen Voorhees (Moriah Piers), Aaron Norwood (Jessica), Sierra Stewart (Cody Hall) and Jason Norwood (Tori). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
