He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Owen and Bertha Wilhma Owen (Ford); his son Leon Owen; and his siblings, Betty Ruth Blanchard and Monte Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Ruth Blanchard; his children, Kenny Owen (Dana) of Lamar, MO., Kevin Owen (Shonna) of O'Fallon, Missouri, Phyllis Clark (Rodney) of Derby and Brenda Delmez (Mike) of Webb City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jason Owen (Tandi), Kristen Barrow (Gregg), Lynsey Coleman (Chris), Dylan Clark (Megan), Michaela Delmez, Wyatt Clark (Callie), Morgan Clark (Taylor) and Whitney Owen; and his great grandchildren, Raelynn Coleman, Jaxson Owen, Corban Coleman, Hadley Delmez, Barrett Coleman, John Clark, Briggs Barrow, Ady Barrow and Kolson Barrow.
