He is survived by: his wife Denise Ruth Brickel; his children, Josh Clements (Kari) of Webb City, Brett Clements (Diego Portillo Santos) of Mexico City, Mexico and Megan McAdams (Isaac) of Lamar, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kai Clements, Addelyn Clements, James McAdams, Abriana McAdams and Lexi Bryant; and his brothers, Brian Clements (Sarah) of Amarillo and David Clements (Vicki).
