He is survived by: his spouse Maryann Slaughter of Wentzville; his sisters, Lorainne Phillips of Brookfield, MO and Joyce Rulon (Robert) of Brookfield, MO; and also Greenwald of Wentzville. He is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
