He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah Lucia; his parents, Henry Lucia and Ann Lucia; his son Ken Lucia (Donna); and his grandson Joseph Lucia.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Baue Funeral Homes does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities. Social distancing is required, and guests should stay at least 6 feet apart.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Roy's name to the St. Louis BackStoppers.
