He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy LaMotte; and his parents, Dorothy LaMotte and Ralph Steven LaMotte. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lewis (Byron), Heather Baumbach (Rudi) and Suzanna Weimer (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Jackson, Katherine, Tucker Lewis, Owen, Emma Baumbach, Landon, Gavin, Harper and Austin Weimer; his sibling Sandy Eversman; and the mother of his children Blanche LaMotte.
