It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Barnes of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shirley Barnes; his parents, Joe Barnes and Ruth Barnes; and his daughter Tiffany Paige Barnes.
Memorials may be made in Lowell's name to Dardenne Presbyterian Church.
