She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban McLafferty and Olga McLafferty (Evans); and her brothers, Edwin and Daniel "Mac" McLafferty. She is survived by: her children, Michael Geiser (Lynn), Linda Cornejo (Raymond) and Carol Ludwig (John); her sisters, Ruth Stabile (Joseph) and Eileen Amelong (Gary); her grandchildren, David Cornejo, Stephen Cornejo, John Ludwig, Michael Geiser, Haley Rock (Geiser) and Mary Ludwig; and her great grandchildren, Tony Cornejo, Nathan Cornejo, Lilian Cornejo and Helaina Ludwig.
