James Brown Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brown of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Greenville, Alabama, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lavert P. Brown; his parents, Wilkes I. Brown and Mabel E. Moorer; his brother Frank Brown; and his great grandchild Corynn Humphries.

He is survived by: his children, Julia Atchison and James "Dwight" Brown (Elizabeth); his brother Wyman Brown (Lizzie Mae); his grandchildren, Trisha Humphries (Galvin), Jessica Harris, Amanda Ward, Becky Sheahan (James) and Robert Atchison (Alli); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Ward, Luke Humphries, Emily Ward, Joe Bruce, Kai Sheahan, Alivia Humphries and Spencer Atchison. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
